Purple Clay Teapot–Xishi (Zhuni,朱泥)

This exquisite purple clay, 紫砂, teapot beautifully combines true craftsmanship with the traditional Chinese shape. This has been handcrafted and signed by the prestigious purple clay artist Li Xiaolu 李晓璐.

The smooth surface and rich orange-red colour come from the extremely high quality of purple clay. Purple clay has been used for hundreds of years to produce high-quality teapots.
