Product Detail
The beauty of white tea is from the floral aroma and the consistent smoothness. White tea is the oldest tea among the 6 categories. It was consumed for medicinal purposes. Slightly fermented and fully settled, this white tea brick has a very strong Chinese medicine smell. The colour of the liquor is light orange, like honey. Once you start making it, the floral aroma will make you relax with a very subtle sweetness. The consistency of this aged white tea easily give you 10 infusions from steeping and a lot more from boiling.
Instruction for Preparing
The way to brew it is simple. There isn’t too much hustle. You need about 5g for a 150ml pot or Gaiwan. Use boiled water and keep the tea in water for 5 seconds for the first infusion. You can keep doing this until the flavour becomes lighter. Then add a few seconds to each following infusions until the tea can’t be brewed. You can boil the left tea with water for more if you like. The tea tastes good when you just boil it.
